The wizard Krakamiche becomes a mad scientist working in his fluorescent low-tech laboratory, his daughter a manga schoolgirl, prince Lelio a camper boy-scout and the Queen of Elves a benevolent and autumnal witch, surrounded by her elves in beanies and climbing harnesses. This retro style, 1970-1980's, teeming with ideas and sparkling with life, conjures up Back to the future or Dr. Weetos.
